As we have discussed how we react and cope with our stressful time, I've decided to introduce my personal conflict strategy.
I often have a nap in order to refresh my brain and feeling. It greatly helps me to relax and little bit more motivated after sleeping. Therefore, when I feel too much pressure, I always make sure to take a short nap rather than force myself to do what I have to do.
Another method is spending some times with my friends. I'm living at dorm with many other friends so that when I feel down, I luckily have a chance to chat with others and share my feeling through a consult. This is one of many what I really like about the dorm living with wonderful friends.
